Pet Policy:

All pets are required to successfully complete our third-party pet screening process.

Screening Fee: For standard pets, there is a one-time screening fee of $35.00. This fee is waived for verified Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).

Health & Licensing: All pets must be fully up-to-date on vaccinations, and all dogs must be properly licensed with the City of Fresno.

Pet Rent: Upon management approval and completion of third party screening process a monthly pet rent of $50.00 per 2 pets will apply. This fee is waived for verified Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Please note that we observe a strict maximum of two pets per household.
